I believe in the importance of providing evidence-based treatment to individuals in our community who are looking for more effective ways to manage and understand their mental health symptoms. I strive to help my patients build a life that feels meaningful and rewarding to them. I am also committed to improving access to care; all people should have access to high quality mental health care services—it is a human right.
